A review of the whole application
We assess how the application works as a complete submission, not as isolated documents. The review can cover:
- resume alignment to the role;
- pitch statements, cover letters or statements of claims;
- selection criteria and targeted questions;
- STAR examples and outcome evidence;
- clarity, repetition and missing context; and
- consistency across written and interview material.
Evidence before wording
The most important question is not whether the draft sounds professional. It is whether the evidence demonstrates the capabilities, judgement and level required for the role. We identify weak or generic examples, unsupported claims and sections that describe duties without showing contribution or outcomes.
You receive clear guidance on what to retain, what to strengthen and where a different example may be needed.
A practical path to submission
The review is designed to help you act. Feedback is prioritised around the changes most likely to improve role alignment and panel readability. Where the draft needs more than a review, we will explain why and recommend an appropriate next step rather than leaving you with a long list of disconnected edits.
Frequently asked questions
Can you review a draft created with ChatGPT or another AI tool?
Yes. We assess whether the draft uses credible evidence, reflects your actual experience and meets the expectations of the role. AI-generated polish cannot compensate for weak or misaligned evidence.
Will you rewrite the application as part of the review?
The review provides expert assessment and recommendations. If substantial rewriting is required, we can recommend a separate writing service based on the role, deadline and material.
Can you review an EL or SES application?
Yes. The review is adjusted to the judgement, influence, complexity and leadership scope expected at the relevant level.
